Over several decades, Mr. Corcoran has helped leaders in public life and business navigate sensitive and complex legal issues. These engagements included white collar criminal matters and complex civil litigation. They often involved historic legal questions of first impression and were subject to intense international scrutiny. Because of his experience, technical skill, judgment, and reputation for integrity, Mr. Corcoran has been retained to represent, for instance, a President of the United States, a top U.S. Department of Justice official, and the first senior presidential advisor ever indicted for contempt of Congress, as well as organizations that are the benchmark in their fields.
